Correct: C — then

Now → then. today → that day, here → there, ago → before. కాబట్టి "now" కు జత then. ఈ జతలు ప్రత్యక్షంగా అడిగే ప్రశ్నలు తరచూ వస్తాయి. Reporting Verb Present అయితే మాత్రం now అలాగే ఉంటుంది, ఈ మినహాయింపును మర్చిపోకూడదు.

Correct: D — the next day / the following day

Tomorrow → the next day / the following day. Yesterday → the previous day / the day before. Today → that day. కాబట్టి tomorrow కు the next day సరైన జత.

Yesterday → the previous day / the day before. Tomorrow → the next day. భూత కాలానికి previous, భవిష్యత్తుకు next/following వస్తాయి. అందుకే yesterday, last night, last week వంటివి previous రూపాల్లోకి, tomorrow, next week వంటివి following రూపాల్లోకి మారతాయి.

These → those, this → that. ఇవి దగ్గరి వస్తువును దూరంగా చూపుతాయి. ఇక్కడ these బహువచనం, కాబట్టి it కు సరైన మార్పు those. this కు మార్పు that. సంఖ్య (ఏకవచనం/బహువచనం) మారదు, దూరం మాత్రమే మారుతుంది.

1st person (I) Reporting Subject ప్రకారం he గా, 2nd person (your) Reporting Object ప్రకారం (ఇక్కడ me) my గా మారతాయి. like → liked (backshift). మిగతా రూపాల్లో Pronoun లేదా కాలం తప్పు.

will → would, I → she, here → there, tomorrow → the next day, come → go (తరచుగా). ఇలా ఒకే వాక్యంలో నాలుగైదు మార్పులు ఒకేసారి వస్తాయి. మిగతా రూపాల్లో ఈ మార్పులు పూర్తిగా చేయలేదు, లేదా Pronoun తప్పు.

మొదటి వ్యక్తి → Reporting Subject; రెండవ వ్యక్తి → Reporting Object; మూడవ వ్యక్తి → మారదు. ఉదా: He said, "I like your book." → he, my. ఈ సూత్రం పరీక్షల్లో నేరుగా అడుగుతారు.

Correct: C — before

నోట్స్ ప్రకారం ago → before: "He left two days ago" వంటి వాక్యం Reported లో "two days before" అవుతుంది. then అనేది now కు, that this కు మార్పు. ఇవి ఒక్కొక్కటి వేర్వేరు జతలు.
