Correct: A — than

Comparative Degree లో than వస్తుంది: Ram is taller than Sita. Superlative ముందు the వస్తుంది. as if పోలికకు వాడే Conjunction అయినా Comparative Degree నియమం కాదు; either అనేది Distributive Adjective.

Correct: B — the

Superlative లో ముగ్గురు లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ మందిలో అత్యధిక స్థాయిని చూపుతాం, కాబట్టి the తప్పనిసరి: Ram is the tallest boy in the class. a/an అనిర్దిష్టం కాబట్టి Superlative కు సరిపోవు; Article లేకుండా వాడటం పరీక్షల్లో తప్పుగా పరిగణిస్తారు.

Correct: C — taller

ఒక అక్షరం (one syllable) ఉన్న పదాలకు -er చేరుస్తారు: tall – taller – tallest. "tallest" Superlative; "more tall" పొడవైన పదాలకు వాడే రూపం; "tallier" అనే రూపం లేదు.
